Over the years I have had enormous support from members of book clubs around the world who have made a point of getting in touch to tell me how much they enjoyed my books.

Once, at an 80s night at my local theatre, I was even pounced upon by members of a book club who recognised me from the picture on the cover of my book. They were incredibly lovely, and even asked to have a group photograph taken with me.
